Recent Changes at WSIB: Work Reintegration Policies and NEER

The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) has implemented five new policies relating to early and safe return to work, re-employment obligations, responsibilities of the workplace parties in the return to work process, and work transition (Labour Market Re-Entry, LMR).
